Here are the steps:
1. Go to www.youtube.com and click the video you want to download.
2. Copy the link of the video, for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwMGgAjxkNA
3. Go to www.keepvid.com and paste the video link onto the Download box.
4. Click Download.
5. Click Run if it asks you whether you trust the web application and want to run it or not.
6. Next, you'll have to select the format of video you want to download (flv, mp4 or mp3)
7. Click one of the format and you're done. Wait patiently for it to download.
