If you know how to use CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator, I think learning Inkscape will be easier for you. But if you don't, I would still recommend Inkscape 4.06.Inkscape is an open source vector graphics editor which has many vector editing features, like what you can find in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
