Can't open files with Chinese file name

If you have a file with Chinese file name, whether a jpeg picture file or a Microsoft Office document, you'll probably meet a problem which you can't open the file. This problem usually occurs when you download a file with Chinese file name. I have ever met such problem when opening some jpeg files (with Chinese file name) of a disc. The files in the disc were given Chinese file name. Not sure which program was used to burn the disc.

I tried to open the files by double-clicking them. But then appeared error messages. So annoying!
To solve this problem, you just need to change the file name into any character from a to z or with numbers. Then, you'll be able to open the file. Just that simple.
