How to remove (Windows) temporary files

Temporary files are files that are created by a system or programs for temporary use, for example: temporary files in audio or video processing which may only contain parts of the video that is being processed. Can't open files with Chinese file name

To solve this problem, you just need to change the file name into any character from a to z or with numbers. Then, you'll be able to open the file. Just that simple.
