There's also a wastepaper basket which is actually the recycle bin. The look of icons are also changed into 3D look. It's so different that you'll probably have problem running your program, copying and deleting. But, this freeware serves more like a desktop toy, rather than a desktop enhancement or utilities. Another different from usual desktop is when you want to drag it to the recycle bin, you have to pick the icon up by holding the left and right mouse key together.
